I’m not a big fan of waterproof mascara. It’s always dry, and it is far too difficult to remove. (even with oil, I find I’m pulling too hard on my eyes). I always have a tube of the stuff in my kit, so when I do a wedding I can confidently tell the mother of the bride “not to worry, your makeup won’t go anywhere when you cry!” Nine times out of ten, I have to toss cette tube as soon as the wedding is done, because it flakes all over my work. Ugh.

The formula is creamy, and glides right on. The wand is big and fat, and coats lashes in one meticulous swoop. Granted, it’s still a feat to remove, but I will say with assurance that my mind is changed about waterproof mascara-as long as it comes in a big orange tube!
